Electoral Roll Form(pdf)
The Electoral Roll is a requirement of the Church of England. It entiles you to vote at the Annual Parish Meeting, or to stand as Church Warden or for the PCC. If you are over 16, baptised and, either live in the Parish or regularly come to church at St Mary's, you should be on this roll today.

Family Membership Roll Form(pdf)
The Electoral roll is the official document, but the Family Membership Roll is a list of everyone at St Mary's of all ages regardless of whether you are baptised. Complete the form and either put it in the box at the back of church or post it to the Parish Office

To enable us to reclaim Tax on your gifts.
